Allyson Felix

Allyson Michelle Felix was born Los Angeles on November 18 1985. Paul Felix served as an ordinand in Sun Valley at Master's Seminary. Marlean Felix taught at Balboa Magnet. Felix's talent for athletics was evident from the moment she started attending Los Angeles Baptist High School. After just 10 weeks of her first attempt, Felix finished 2nd in the 200-meter race in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix was a high school graduate when she graduated from school in 2003, signed a sports contract with Adidas. After that, she attended an institution called the University of Southern California and pursued a degree in elementary education. Felix received her first Olympic medal at the Athens Summer Olympics 2004. Felix broke a junior-world record in the 200-meter race with a time of 22.18. In 2005, the Helsinki World Championships saw her become the youngest woman to be crowned the winner of the 200-meter race. She defended this title and beat her Jamaican rival Veronica Campbell. Felix was consistently in the top third of each of her races in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
